Great Mountain resort with external pools and stunning views. We are not golf players, but they offered free golf lessons. It was really interesting for us, as we have never tried to pay golf before. Food was delicious and the variety was enough to satisfy individual preferences. Rooms are spacious and are well equipped. Staff is speaking also English, which help foreigners to receive all the information needed.

This was our annual golf trip. The hotel looks lovely and the surrounding scenery is stunning. The golf courses are challenging with very difficult greens. That's where the good review ends. It's a good 2 hour drive from Sofia airport, and we arrived at 11pm to find unhelpful staff and everything closed - you couldn't even have coffee in your room unless you paid for it. Sold as a 5 star resort, don't be fooled - this is a 3 star (bottom end) at best. Appalling staff, cold food and many amenities were closed at the end of September. We were on an all-inclusive package, but this does not include the use of a rather nice coffee machine in your room where it will cost you £2.50 per cup. There are several other restaurants within the complex, but the all-inclusive menu in each of them was limited, and the food without exception was cold and inedible. All alcohol is limited to local brands and all bars close at 10.30. After leaving our restaurant table one evening, when we came down for breakfast the next morning, the table had not been cleared. Don't waste your money.

Hotel was very nice but staff attitudes were poor and lack of staff made it hard to get drinks at the bar. We arrived late at 11pm and everything was shut. Bar closed at 10:30pm and no refreshments were laid on for us even thought this was a 5 star hotel and we were all inclusive. Food was diabolical and always cold. Their themed restaurants had very limited food and again came out cold. There were lots of guests and all mentioned about the staff and food issues. This maybe be better at other times of the year but I would skip this place in early October!
