The front desk service was subpar with the person at the front desk not asking for our name at check in but rather immediately telling us no rooms were available. The room was clean visually but had a slight musky smell. The breakfast was great. The lobby was adequate.

I always stay here when i come into town. The staff is so nice and helpful. The room is always cleaned and housekeeping is so sweet. Always recommend others to stay here!

By far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at: it felt so new, clean, and comfortable. Besides the amenities being perfect, there was also a fitness area in our room!! Yoga block and ball, and the weight bands in the room were so convenient! Such a brilliant idea. The beds were comfy, pillows were fluffy, and the bathrooms were very nice and well stocked. Will definitely seek out this hotel to stay at on other trips.

Room was comfortable. Looking forward to a good cup of coffee the next morning, coffee had lots of grounds in it, and no sugar available. Really!!??
Asked for extra pillows and blanket when I booked, but wasn't in my room when arrived.

Hair on bath towels(Given some more). Room smells like mold. Gross substance on curtain our daughter noticed. Dirt on walls inside hotel. Floors need attention, like sweeping/mopping. Possibly need to clean the vents, check for water leakage, the smell is awful. It does look like staff gives the hotel attention needed, just needs to be addressed daily.

Concert trip
This was a hidden gem right behind the shops on 45. We were in town for a concert and it was a super easy way to get a great hotel for one night at a great price. Will definitely be staying here again!
