Room was clean. I have a significant issue with the amenities, specifically the swimming pool/hot tub. On Tuesday, the week of Thanksgiving, they hired a crew to tear up the pool deck. The crew did show up on Wednesday, but when we left on Sunday, the pool was closed and no sign of the crew since the prior Wednesday. Horrible timing to close the pool over a long weekend! And the worst part, on Monday afternoon, we asked the front desk about the pool temperature, which was kindly provided. And then not a single word about it being closed for the rest of the week!!! We specifically booked this hotel for the pool/hot tub amenities. Disappointed, to say the least.

酒店回复: Almost right, except for one big difference.No one at the hotel scheduled this.We assume the owners did; but didn't tell us anything about a date.The crew just showed up Wednesday morning.No one here knew about it.If we did, we would have put a notice on our website long before then.Also, if you think about it, no one would be able to schedule a job this big on a Tuesday and have them there the next day. It would be impossible.So, very sorry about the pool, but we were all blind-sided.

Rooms were very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was VERY helpful. My Family and I will stay there many more times.

I have stayed at this property many times. It is only 5 years old and still looks and smells fresh. Well run. A great choice.

Felt very clean, comfortable with a bed that was excellent. The staff was friendly. Excellent workout gym with lots of equipment. Streaming from my iPad gave me options to use my apps - just needed a little tech support from the number on my room card. Breakfast was limited.

The desk staff was very friendly and we were impressed that, for about $30 less than we usually pay staying in that vicinity, we also got a hot breakfast. But most appreciated of all might have been the work done by maintenance and housekeeping. So clean and comfortable! We are anxious to stay here again.

Things not working well. Breakfast food subpar, No ink in printer and did not carry replacement cartiridges so could not print important document, forgot maid service and did not come to room for 3 days - upon request did bring towels. Many outlets in room were not working.

I put a new one in yesterday.We immediately offered and printed anything you wanted from our desk computers.You did get stayover room cleaning.Your wife just asked about the bed getting made which isn't part of it.You were in the lobby for hours.Didn't say anything about outlets.I'm sorry you were disappointed, but you have to at least give an accurate account of things.
