Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was sumptuous with a good spread of Gujarati, South Indian and continental options. All vegetarian. Definitely would recommend.

Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Ambience was also good. Their in house restaurant was a cherry on the top. Overall a nice stay experience.

Professional & courteous staff. Knowledgeable and helpful. Lovely large foyer at hotel. Rooms are clean and provide you everything you need in the room/bathroom. Good selection at breakfast and good all day menu. Peaceful night's sleep. The only thing lacking in the room are lamps. I will choose this hotel again whenever I visit Rajkot. Also offers good value.

At first, we generally choose hotel by looking at the pictures but for second visit we choose from the experiences of the hotel. Thats where I found this hotel, really great. Excellent food and service. Restaurant Staff is very polite and give full attention to the people having food. Piyush Parekh Business development executive was continuously present in the restaurant during our event and looks after the things going smooth.
一家酒店之所以称得上“高级”，当然不仅仅是它的建筑本身，还包括氛围、房间的舒适度、清洁度、员工服务态度、服务质量、睡眠质量、食物的口味和品质等等，这些因素足以让一家酒店脱颖而出，即便它的星级评定可能并非如此。这家酒店虽然在很多方面都表现出色，但在服务/员工态度方面却略显不足。我们被告知，根据酒店规定，每间客房只允许携带数量有限的瓶装水（每人1升），超出限制后将以水壶的形式供应。前台经理对此却颇有微词，仿佛我们是来附近开瓶装水店似的。虽然我们最终没有追究，但经过一番争论之后，他还是送了两瓶水到房间。他当初为什么要争论呢？总之，酒店位置优越，食物也还不错，入住/退房手续也很顺利。总而言之，我们认为这家酒店的性价比还有待提高！
