Great hotel, lady at front desk is always very polite and accommodating. Pool is relaxing, breakfast is fresh, Suite Shoppe in lobby is convenient. Wish they had a hot tub. Fine dining in walking distance but also fast food options as well.

Wonderful stay!
Wonderful stay! I was in a boot and on a knee scooter and the hotel was super accomodating. I was put in a handicapped room but the extra mile was being put at the end of the hall next to the side door so I could get in and out easiest and closest to my car! The rooms were super clean and smelled great. Ive worked fot hotel chains and this hotel is a solid 9/10 in my book. Only 9 because the breakfast was only ok. Pet fruendly so our beautiful juniper got to join us, they even provide doggy bags and a designated potty spot at the hotel. Even juniper says the bed was super comfy. Thank you Hampton Inn!!!

Would not stay again.
I arrived at 3pm, check-in was at 2. I was told my room wasn't ready and i would have to wait. Eventually someone stepped in and told the agent to reassign someone elses room. The agent did not seem knowledgeable in her job. Also, we went to the pool and while swimming someone shut the lights off. There was some light coming in through the windows, but it was dark. Being a previous Hampton Inn AGM, I know the standards expected.

Staff were great! The lady that helps with breakfast was awesome! The reason it gave the other parts a lower score was the condition of the inside. Very run down, wall paper in hallways taped to the wall and comforters on the beds were very worn! Had stayed at other Hampton Inns and they were wonderful so I was definitely disappointed to see the condition of the interior.

Very friendly front desk staff at check in. Room was clean and well stocked. Not able to close the black out curtains so had to have parking lot lights shining in all night and no sense of privacy because I could stand at my car and see in my second floor window. Other than the curtains it was a nice facility. Nice breakfast area well stocked.
