Clean, but needs some updates
Staff are friendly, hotel was clean and breakfast was good. The hotel and rooms could use updating and repair as elevator walls were chipping, bathroom had wall damage and the room lighting was substandard unless you like being in the dark/ dim. There was lamps, but given the rooms generous size the lighting was not nearly enough.

Convienent location, close to everything, shopping, and eating. When the hotel is full or an event in town, it gets a little dirty, outside trash cans are full or overflowing, our room had some dirty smudges in the bathroom on the walls that needed to be cleaned better.

Decent stay and big room
On par with what you expect through this chain. Decent breakfast, big room and comfortable pillows.

我在Orbitz支付了预订费，用信用卡支付杂费时被多收了104.53美元。这笔钱本来应该是50美元的预扣款，但我却被收取了住宿费。所以我被收取了两次房费，现在我打电话到酒店询问收费原因时，酒店却在敷衍我。他们甚至还给了我一个手机号码让我联系？？？
前台一开始就有点不对劲……想先办理入住然后离开……根本不需要进房间。他们说还在打扫。我们等了45分钟，他才开始办理。
最后我们终于可以回房间了，因为已经很晚了，所以我们想洗个澡睡觉。结果发现没有毛巾。整个酒店都没有。他们把毛巾给了所有泳池边的人。超级让人抓狂。不过早餐很棒！选择很多，而且很热。那位女士人超级好，把房间打扫得干干净净。
