Only reason i chose this hotel was because it had a hot tub but upon check in i found out the hot tub was not working and i was also told by staff that the pool was heated but when i went in the pool the water was cold

Our stay was excellent the only downside was the beds were too high. My wife couldn't get in to the bed without my help. The other downside was the room was too dark it needs a chanelier in the middle too brighten the room when you are looking for stuff.

有2点感觉很糟糕 第一点早8:30客房服务不敲门就把门打开了幸亏在被窝里如果刚洗完澡没穿衣服那真尴尬了 第二点早餐还没到关门时间就没有现做的鸡蛋饼和肉 奶了只能喝咖啡吃🥯感觉不好😔酒店房间也小服务很一般
入住的第二天晚上，我到得很晚，希望能睡到11点左右。7点45分，火警响了，我们不得不撤离大楼。我感觉自己好像一夜没睡，不得不开车4个小时，几乎没怎么睡觉。我觉得他们应该退我一晚房费或希尔顿荣誉客会积分。
有很多餐饮选择。酒店最近进行了翻新。他们做得很好！强烈推荐去 Northlandz 火车博物馆。那里太棒了。我期待着回到该地区并入住汉普顿酒店。
