Very nice people at the check in desk. So welcoming plus the chocolate chip cookies were a fun surprise!
We had dinner at the restaurant. Great service & very good food. The pool area is great. The hot tub & pool are well kept & nice temperature plus there is a sauna & a children's hot/warm tub!

We had a great stay as always! They ran out of Pool towels for a while but it wasn’t a big deal. We enjoyed a great meal at Axels and loved the cookies! Thank you for now offering a nut free option. My son has a nut allergy and it was nice for him to get a cookie upon check in as well.

The toilet ran constantly. The bathroom smelled terrible and made the entire room smell bad.
The pool area is very nice but the hotel rooms need renovation.
