We were stuck in traffic due to construction and needed a place to stay. The room was filthy. Loose faucet. Smoke detector went off several times and after several people coming into our room they FINALLY replaced it. Husband just told me, a month later, he saw a cockroach too. I couldn't sleep and stayed in my clothes. DO NOT STAY HERE. Go to the Holiday Inn Express instead!!! I MAY CALL THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT BUT DO THEY EVEN CARE?! Thinking no.

I didn’t think it was so bad. AC worked, bed was okay. Room was clean. No bugs. Check in was easy. My only beef was that they charged me $100 extra to check in, which is supposed to be refunded. They won’t answer their phone. *********** charged me twice for the room, but one charge disappeared (the money just didn’t reappear), but that’s not Quality Inn’s fault. You park right outside your room. I knew I had neighbors, but I couldn’t hear them at all (Thursday night). I checked out too early to see the breakfast. Close to several restaurants. Pool and wifi. Overpriced for a motel, but still a decent place.

This place was in desperate need of remodeling. Mold in the bathroom and very dated. Grossly overpriced for the type of property. Breakfast was yogourt and stale muffins. Invoice said Quality Inn but our GPS called it Comfort Inn and all the outdoor signage said the same.

I spent $125 for a one night stay. At best, this hotel should cost $50-60 per night. It was dirty - clothes left on the bed and in the corner, trash on floor, bugs flying around, a dead bug under the pillows, stained sheets/duvet, stained carpet, dirty shower, and a broken iron. There were also multiple gaps in the door so light and bugs could easily enter. Because I arrived after midnight and had to get up early to hit the road, I submitted this list to the front desk as I was checking out. They said they couldn't do anything because I hadn't complained 'last night'. Of course, I didn't check in until 12:30am... I needed sleep! Knowing what I know now... I would have risked my life and driven further to stay at a nicer hotel.

This hotel is filthy, nasty, and way overpriced. Hasn’t been updated in years. Carpet is moldy and smells. Nothing looks like it’s been cleaned recently. TV didn’t work in the first room they assigned me. Night clerk was very rude and condescending. Not a people person. Make sure to look for other options.

We stopped on June 16, 2023 to see if they had a room. We should have known when we pulled into the parking lot-very unkept appearance, We got a room on the second floor (no elevators). Rooms could definitely use an upgrade. Got in bed-and you guessed it - BED Bugs. My husband went down to the office, waited until he could talk to who he assumed was the manager. He got very confrontational, would not refund us our money. Wanted my husband to go back up the the room with him & Show him the bed bugs-Really!!! Stay away from this place. It is a dump!!!

Found out when reviewing my credit card, we got charged $25 for sheets that the housekeeper claimed were missing. Total lie. Tried to dispute it, but the owner would never call back. These people are crooks.

The Staff was Outstanding!!! Very friendly and Knowledgeable!! The Front Desk manager was so friendly and helpful. He gave suggestions of things to do in area and was so helpful!!! The handicap room was so accessible and the beds were so comfortable.We got a great nights sleep. Room was a bit dated but it was a room to rest and sleep in. It was clean and comfortable.

Bathroom floor had muddy footprints. Tub was dirty and still wet. It was like someone took a shower and had just left. We asked for another room. It was a little better. But ....the smell of mold and mildew was strong. Ready to go and sleep in my car which is 100% cleaner.
