They wanted to chrage us another two hundred fifty dollars at check in and we didnt have it. We already paid for our room. And they refused us to stay at their hotel. I want my money back since they refused us. And they wont give it back. I have never been charged the amount of stay for incidentals that may happen. They are absolutely in the wrong for not giving me my money back after they refused us. We wanted to stay. Its on them. So they should pay us back. Especially with how hard times are .and how wealthy they are

No hot water and no one told us how close we were to the pool even when I asked about it. Locked us out of our condo even when I knew I was supposed to stop and complete booking.
They didnt say they were open until 11 pm on weekends i stead of 8 pm or I would have stopped and completed signing in. So we had to srive 4 crooked miles back to check in and back to room again after. Being locked out.

I love that it was so quiet and the staff were super helpful. There were lots of amenities. Beds were pretty comfortable. Just wish there were less trees blocking views and that there were some easier lake water access points, although the Marina was just a short drive down the hill. We would come back again.

Everything was great! The only complaint is that the bed was a little too firm for me. But otherwise everything was fantastic.

Didn't like the check-in process. I know its listed on website but I called twice to try and check-in before 4:00 and unit wasn't ready and couldn't give me another so I didn't get back until 9 pm and then I had to wait for over 30 minutes for someone to come to office to check us in. Not the best situation to put guests in since we had already paid for the stay.

We stay here every time we come to the lake. We absolutely love how spacious the rooms are and my kids enjoy the cool pool!

我们住得很愉快。公寓位置优越，条件也很好，而且相当干净。前台很乐于助人，但不是很热情友好。我们入住期间又订了一晚，结果在原定退房当天早上9:30就被锁在公寓门外了，而且没有任何通知或提醒我们提前过来取新钥匙。幸好我们当时带了车钥匙和手机，因为办公室离公寓步行很远。当我表达我的担忧时，他们并没有道歉。
