千万别用Orbitz预订这家酒店。虽然有确认号码之类的,但我到店后却没有任何预订记录。午夜过后,我在大堂里站了一个多小时,Orbitz和酒店前台工作人员多次打电话试图解决这个问题,但都没能帮我办理入住……他们完全不顾我已经付了预订款却无法入住房间的事实。我从来没有经历过这种事。
