Exactly what we needed for access to airport..although we only travel 1 1/2 hours away with bad weather forecast we decided to do a night over before our early flight..£35 ..what a bargain for peace of mind ..and lovely staff ..(thanks Shannon )👍

Too often people criticise Travelodge but I think it's important to get things in context. You can't get The Ritz Hotel for Travelodge prices. It's a budget hotel and I've always been happy with the excellent service from staff wherever I've stayed. Exeter, in particular, is on my preferred list as parking is good, it's location for the south west of England is perfect, it's in a very safe area and the rooms are comfortable. Nowhere else has mattresses like Travelodge, they are the best. Things may occasionally not be as they should due to turnover of guests but staff are always quick to respond at all locations. Travelodge is inexpensive and functional. Everything else over-and-above is bling and, if that's what you want, there are plenty of expensive alternatives if you want to pay a lot more money.

我预订了一间“无障碍”客房，但浴缸上方的淋浴对我的残疾伴侣来说完全没用，因为她根本无法跨进去。此外，双人床非常窄，她在入住两晚的第一晚就睡着后从床上摔了下来。

入住前必须先付停车费，这可不是什么好事。我被收了两次房费，幸运的是，后来有个人打电话给我退了钱，我想是经理，我很感激他的诚实。但是……要花 3 天才可以回去，这总是让我感到困惑，因为他们会立即收取两次。我最终没有入住，窗户只开了一小部分，空调也坏了。如果天气炎热，没有空调，我会出汗，做噩梦，除了这点之外，房间还不错，真可惜。价格不错，但如果你节省了 10 英镑/20 英镑的停车费，埃克塞特有更好的酒店，提供免费停车。
最后一刻预订了房间，结果没有接待人员，不得不拨打值班电话，等待有人来给钥匙。拿到钥匙后，就去了房间，给了一间用过的/不干净的房间，床上用品没有整理，浴缸里有毛巾，旁边放着半杯饮料。下楼后，接待员又走了！！！不得不再次打电话要求换一间新房间。没有任何道歉 不推荐
你应该多花点钱住在城里的酒店。这个地方太糟糕了。破旧不堪。员工厌烦。灯光闪烁。别费心了。
