Staff at check in was efficient and kind. Everything else makes me regret every penny and gives me buyers remorse. The carpet in the room was wet by the window and dirty throughout the property, the bathtub had cracks in it and something rough stuck to the floor, someone’elses socks were on the floor behind the curtain, walls are paper thin. This was NOT and $200+ room, but I had no choice since I needed a last minute room. It makes me sick that I paid that. If I could give zero stars I would. A refund is about all that would make it better.

Safe parking and free EV charging is a huge plus, but the hallway carpet is filthy, along with the outside room doors.

240 bucks a night for one of the dirtiest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The lobby is clean and that’s it. If you have a passport stay in Sault Ontario in a 5 star hotel for half the cost. Sadly there are no nice hotels in Sault Michigan. And the prices are highway robbery

This hotel was very clean, the staff were so nice and the continental breakfast was amazing! No website lists a hot tub but they have a large one!

客房服务人员不足
我们周日晚上8点到达时，前台人员告诉我们，他们不确定我们是否有房间。（房费已经用我的信用卡预付了。）结果，据前台人员说，由于人手不足，当天有30间房间没有打扫。大约15分钟后，我们终于拿到了我们支付的房间。除了晚上和早上的噪音外，一切都很好。
房间里的浴缸状况很糟糕。玻璃纤维已经剥落，有些地方甚至被扯掉了。需要更换。淋浴和浴缸在这种情况下根本无法使用。考虑到房间价格不菲，这间房的性价比很低。
停电了。他们拒绝让我办理入住。我不得不开车三个半小时回家，除非我想在车里睡觉。工作人员有限，而且非常不专业。
