酒店地理位置优越,就在达勒姆和教堂山之间,周围有许多商店和餐馆。设施很适合家庭入住。

淋浴水流太小,洗澡洗脸都不舒服。早餐很棒!
沙发床脏兮兮的,破损不堪,满是污渍。这明明是我儿子该睡的地方,现在他却睡不着了。工作人员不肯给我换房间,说房间已经订满了,可酒店好像空着呢。希尔顿这个品牌真是丢人,连卖这套房子的都丢人。
这绝对是我住过最糟糕的一次。超级吵!我住的五个晚上,窗外的交通、隔壁邻居和楼上房间的声音都超级大,从早上6点到午夜左右都吵得不行。最后我为了避开噪音都提早离开了。每天早上的早餐都是冷的。
有一次,我入住期间,酒店报告了一起医疗紧急情况,可能是心脏病发作,于是派了一辆救护车过来。那天晚上,我正在使用酒店的免费洗衣设施——这可是一大亮点——一位戴着眼镜、头发稀疏的夜班服务员走了过来。他粗暴地询问我事件的经过,而我对此一无所知。他的行为非常不专业,带有对抗性,甚至还大声叫喊,这让我很不舒服。退房时,我向一位同事报告了此事,同事告诉我,这位服务员很可能叫迈克。我敦促酒店管理层纠正这位员工的行为,以确保为客人提供更尊重的体验。
性价比不高。很吵,有些地方维修得很差。我试睡的房间很吵(道路噪音),很吵(暖通空调明显有问题),也很吵(走廊尽头传来一阵又响又重复的敲门声)。
“早餐”简直是一场灾难:几乎没法吃,摆盘混乱,座位非常有限,而且这种布局肯定会踩到其他客人。
一两个街区之外有更好的酒店,步行即可到达,而且价格更便宜。
