We paid 1200 dollars to live in a hotel for a week with cockroaches. Not knowing they were in there until they ran across the tv and my husband had to kill them on the last day of our trip. We feel so gross and should not have to pay that amount of money to itch and live with roaches in your hotel room. We were there for a whole week for our daughter’s wedding and were scared we brought them back to Arizona in our suitcases. I have since thrown them out and refused to take them into our house so the $1200 stay and $509 for luggage is just unacceptable

We take all pest-related matters very seriously.Upon your departure, at approximately 12:30 PM after a granted late checkout, you first brought to our attention an issue regarding cockroaches and asking for a refund. During your stay, housekeeping services were provided on three separate occasions without any mention of pest issues. Additionally, you made purchases at the front desk on three different days, and no concerns were raised then either. Our property is consistently at full occupancy, and we rarely encounter pest issues, a fact we take great pride in. The current guest in the same room has also confirmed that they have not observed any bugs.Despite this, upon learning of your concerns, we immediately contacted our pest control company on Sunday for an emergency inspection and treatment, if necessary. They were also surprised as such issues are uncharacteristic of our establishment. The inspection of Room 222, encompassing the kitchen, living spaces, and all other areas, yielded negative findings for the sighted insect, with the technician confirming no cockroaches were seen whatsoever. King suite nice for a 10 day stay, spacious. Convenient laundry facilities. Pool wasn’t heated so only in it for a few minutes.Breakfast selections changed daily with a wide variety of choices. Coffee & teas available all day.

Pleasant staff and good accommodations
Because the weather during part of our stay was horribly cold we spent a lot of time inside. We were a large group with mobility challenged individuals. The staff was very accommodating and kind. The rooms were comfortable. We would come here again.

Everything was great from the room to the breakfast and staff especially the young man at the desk when my grand daughter and I arrived his name is Keshang he was exceptionally good he was very very attentive to us and was ready to help make our stay better in any way he could give that man a raise !! All in all our experience was exceptional we will definitely be back !

WONDERFUL Facility
This is a great hotel. Clean, modern, well maintained, friendly staff, great parking, good location. My only complaint is they are “pet friendly”. Not a problem for 99% of the population, but I DON’T LIKE ANIMALS.

Great hotel. Super friendly front desk. Very welcoming atmosphere. Room was spacious yet cozy with curtain to separate sleeping area. Very clean.
