Very pleasant. I have a disability and the ADA room was perfect. I appreciated the low beds. Friendly staff. Really nice common spaces. Excellent dining options.

Check in was at 3pm. We waited in the lobby for 2 hours until our room was ready. When we got to our room, it was a King Size bed for 3 adults. We had to be moved and we were late to our concert which was the purpose of our stay.
The bar staff and servers were stellar as was Javay on of the employees at the check in desk. They were all explemerary.
The price of the room combined with all of the inconveniences ensure we will not stay here again.

It was one of the worst check in procedures I’ve ever experienced. The person who was checking us in was very rude during the process of checking in. Also, the room that we had reserved was not ready because it had not been cleaned yet. Even though we had a 3:00 pm check in and didn’t arrive until 4:45 pm.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone based on the rude employee that checked us in and the fact that the room I had reserved was not cleaned prior to my arrival.

Property was ok. We had room from Thursday- Monday it was cleaned one night, Thursday only. Rest of the stay we never got any room cleaning, towels or room cleaning at all. The shower gel/soap was empty yesterday am shower in the am. We talked to the cleaning staff and said we would be out of the room for the day at 10:30 am. Terrible service for the price of the stay
