I booked the Courtyard Elkhart expecting a normal hotel stay. What I got was peace, quiet, and a dangerously comfortable bed that nearly ruined my motivation to leave. Check-in was fast, the staff was way too cheerful for people working that hard, and my room was so clean I briefly wondered if I was the first human to ever enter it. The shower had actual water pressure (a luxury), the temperature stayed exactly where I set it, and nothing rattled, buzzed, or beeped at me all night. The lobby looks like someone cared, the Wi‑Fi didn’t quit on me mid-scroll, and I slept so well I woke up confused about what city I was in — which I consider the highest compliment. Would stay again without hesitation. Already planning excuses to come back.

Seems nice, typical Courtyard rooms and amenities. However, outside they have a nice secure patio. But to reenter the hotel directly is impossible. The secure door lock, operated by your key card, does not function. Once the desk clerk finally came over to open the door we then found out that the General Manager has known about this malfunction for months! At night you have to go "outside" and walk around to the main entrance. Bad GM.

Great choice of hotels! I love courtyard and loved this property. Nice outdoor seating area with firepit, nice workout room and pool and workers are very friendly. Liked the decor in our room and bed comfortable, nice modern shower. Price was right too. Highly recommend.

we had an amazing time, the hotel was nice and staff was nice, he was able to help with food ideas, although we didnt get to eat breakfast due to we were told it didnt come with the room, it said on the website that free breakfast but nope, so we had to do something else, the room was great people around was great
