No one at the check in desk for 30 minutes when we arrived late at night.
Toilet was not working. Maintenance came twice. They gave us another room our 4th day.
The guys that worked there were attentive.
The female was loving her phone with her back to counter. She wasn’t very friendly.
Breakfast too many carbs. They were out of eggs 2 mornings. Coffee good. And, the ice cream cones in pantry the best !
The things that needed attention were fixed.

This was a quiet place that had many options right around us such as gas station, food, places within walking distance. I am a professional cleaner, and this was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at in quite some time, especially for the price definitely will be using this place again

Being gluten free and vegetarian there wasn’t much for me to have for breakfast. The last night I did not get any rest. There was a loud banging noise all night- like a 2x4 was placed into the drier. I wanted to let staff know but I didn’t see anyone and I couldn’t wait to find someone.

Arrived around 11 pm and there was nobody at the front desk. We rang the bell a few times and it was probably 10 minutes until someone came out. I guess that doesn’t sound terrible but we were exhausted and it felt like a long time. Property and rooms are small and basic, but it was clean and comfortable. It was parent’s weekend at CSU so we paid $258. It was a $100 room at best.

设施不错，服务不行。早餐热水和冰水都没有。
我们提前四晚预订了酒店房间，特意选择了比较安静的东区房间。预订时会提供此选项。下午入住时，我们被告知东区的所有房间都已满，只剩下西区一间可以直接看到州际公路且噪音较小的房间。我们提出的每一个异议，包括出示预订收据，都被无视了。前三天客房服务都没有送来。直到第四天我们要求才有人来。入住时也没有这方面的信息。不过，房间里有一张纸条，上面有一个二维码，你可以用它直接给工作人员小费（建议每天 2-5 美元）。我觉得这不合适。总的来说，糟糕的服务毁了我们三周旅行的最后几天。这真是太遗憾了，因为这家酒店在其他方面给人的印象很好。
