hot breakfast only sausage. orange juice turnig brown. tv not working.
one staff working desk. printer not working no receipt available. same staff pushing broom then handling items in breakfast area. other customers waiting around for desk help.
stayed 1x before was great and had given recommendatoons to others.
but i was left embarrassed and disappointed after taking family there yesterday.

Front desk staff very helpful, efficient, etc. Breakfast was barely adequate. Room air conditioning remain broken for all four days.

This seems to be recently built and I like the design of it. They have thought of everything. Breakfast was just okay. As usual with Microtel the walls are thin so just turn on your noise machine app!

At checkin, the computer system kept going down, they tried many times to reboot it and finally the transaction went through. Not the clerk’s fault at all. Microtel needs to fix their system. 5 guests could not get checked in and we all had someplace we needed to be. We won’t be staying here next time.

我等了20分钟才办理入住……说实话，晚上11点后，甚至白天，都很难找到人帮忙。前台根本没人提供服务。
房间地板很脏，早餐也达不到标准……
强烈不推荐。
设施不错，服务不行。早餐热水和冰水都没有。
我们提前四晚预订了酒店房间，特意选择了比较安静的东区房间。预订时会提供此选项。下午入住时，我们被告知东区的所有房间都已满，只剩下西区一间可以直接看到州际公路且噪音较小的房间。我们提出的每一个异议，包括出示预订收据，都被无视了。前三天客房服务都没有送来。直到第四天我们要求才有人来。入住时也没有这方面的信息。不过，房间里有一张纸条，上面有一个二维码，你可以用它直接给工作人员小费（建议每天 2-5 美元）。我觉得这不合适。总的来说，糟糕的服务毁了我们三周旅行的最后几天。这真是太遗憾了，因为这家酒店在其他方面给人的印象很好。
