Staff was very friendly and helpful; little to no Internet service despite the hotel's wireless login; free laundry with soap available for purchase in the lobby store; room was very clean

This is a wonderful hotel. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. The room is nicely decorated and clean. The beds very comfortable. Can’t see enough good things about it!

They refused to take cash for my weekend stay, and I added an extra day. I had my card for incidentals but their solution was to charge my card, let me pay cash at checkout, and then hold my money on my card for 7-10 business days. Pretty sure this is totally illegal. As a business, you have to avcept legal tender. You can refuse service for any reason, but you have to accept legal tender. Wasn't happy as I carry mostly cash and had to drive 10 miles to my bank and put cash in.

This is our new go to place to stay in Boise. It was clean, convenient and a very fair price. We have future travel plans and are happy to know they also have weekly parking as well. Great bed. Clean and spacious room. Friendly front desk. Much better than our stay at a well known chain across the street. Much quieter as well. The ONLY criticism I have is the scented front lobby as I am sensitive to air freshener.

We left our vehicle while going on a trip. They got an Uber for us for free. $50 for a week of parking! They were very nice. Rooms clean and quiet.

房间还算不错，适合短暂入住，但床和枕头有点不舒服。
我最大的抱怨是，我们深夜回到房间时，一个男人猛敲隔壁的门，隔着门大声咒骂，还恐吓房间里的人。这种情况持续了几分钟，然后他走到我们房间门口，做了同样的事情。
我打电话给前台，他们说会派人上来查明发生了什么事。我们从猫眼看到那个男人走错了房间，于是进了我们对面的房间。前台小姐来到大厅时，我们打开门，讨论了发生的事情，并告诉她我们看到那个男人进了对面的房间。
他们基本上什么也没做。他们敲了门，那个男人显然没有回应，仅此而已。他们让一个威胁其他客人并猛敲门的男人住在酒店里。
我们非常失望，因为没有报警，也没有采取进一步的行动。因为那个男人，我们住在那里感觉不安全，但由于经济原因，我们别无选择，也不想为了睡几个小时而去别的酒店。
我们希望在这种情况下能做得更好。我们认为，他们允许一个威胁他人的客人住在酒店是不对的。我们没有报警，因为我们认为他们会报警，而且当时我们只想睡觉。应该采取其他措施。
虽然到处都有岁月的痕迹，但是很干净，特别物有所值。房间里有我想要的一切（浴缸、冰箱、微波炉、电视）并且可以做饭。下次我也打算使用 Jori。
