Horrible experience!!!
I reserved 2 rooms for one man each, on the same reservation. Fairfield didn't see that there were 2 rooms reserved and would only give my husband one. Experian and Fairfield apparently don't associate the two rooms with eaachother, even though both were reserved at the same time, and on the same account!
I ended up paying for TWO ROOMS, but my husband was told only one was available. Therefore, my husband and his workman had to share ONE ROOM!!
******* nor Fairfield would do anything to correct the charge!!! HORRIBLE!

Upon arrival there was a front desk manager that was not customer friendly. The way he talked comes across rude. I requested to add my. Marriott number so that I could have access to free WiFi. He refused to do so. I told him that every Marriott I have ever visited would add my Marriott number. He refused. I even called customer service. They said he told them it’s the policy of this particular location but they confirmed that it is usually acceptable to do so. So add your Marriott number on the reservation before you arrive because this guy has no desire to accommodate the customer. I even told him he could speak nicer. He said, “I’ll make a note of that.” Just rude….not reflecting my usual Marriott experience. Otherwise clean facility.

Nice hotel
The room was very clean, updated, and spacious. Very comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean. Nice place to stay..

Upscale hotel, broken entry door key pad, with rude staff member, and awesome breakfasts.
Paying hundreds of dollars for a room one would expect entry. Rear keypad to dining area was broken.
I tried multiple times to gain access. Finally went to the other dining area door and again tried several times and it finally let me in.
When I went to tell the staff about it one host was very pleasant then another walked up and quickly dismissed me like some school boy.
I can appreciate the multiple entry points into an establishment. It is certainly frustrating to pay hundreds of dollars for multiple nights and not be able to walk into any entry door with proper guest credentials when that door is designed for guest entry.
At the very least they could have put up a sign on both sides of the door warning of an issue.

很棒的地方,干净整洁,设施齐全,但夜间值班的工作人员缺乏经验,刷了我的卡充值三次,导致我的账户被银行冻结,至今仍在等待退款。员工培训方面需要改进。
汽车旅馆标准
早餐是一场灾难。你可以选择每天早上,鸡蛋,小汉堡,仅此而已。其中一些碗在九点半就已经空了,然后你就没有更多的了。
