The carpet was gross. The staff was not friendly. There were signs saying you could not take the free breakfast to your own room. The room could have used a deep clean. The bed was memory foam and had zero support it was like quick sand.

It was an okay stay for the price. The rooms and furniture were outdated.. The shower leaked a lot that we had to put a towel down to catch the water. It had a weird smell. It was okay for the price but it could use some upgrades. Loved the Barn Style doors for the bathroom but the carpet needs to be replaced along with a few other things. But overall it served its purpose for our trip.

The older Indian man who I believe the be the owner is welcoming genuine nice and polite but his wife and cleaning staff are rude not welcoming not genuine mean and not polite at all. I stayed at This place eight days while training for my job. The wife never greets never says thank you and serves the breakfast with such a rude attitude. She half cooks the food the biscuits are always half done. The older cleaning lady is worse than the wife she called my husband a boy. She banged on the door like so hard like she was trying yo break it down. Shouted at my husband and I its check out time. I explained we are checking out a few minutes later and it should be ok given Ive been here 8 days. She said she doesnt care. She half cleans rooms. Doesn't change the covers and told us she will not clean the room every day. Shes really something nasty. Her and the wife will ruin the mans business. He should fire that cleaning lady because of her I would never stay there again when visiting Greenville.

Location and affordability describe this hotel best. Located within a 5 minute drive to downtown Greenville makes this a great place to stay. Great rate makes it the hotel to choose. It was clean and had a nice breakfast. The only con for me was that the mattress was like a marshmallow. I did sleep well though. I will return here when visiting Greenville again.

Nice place and excellent value

Although its an old 70's style hotel with outdoor walkways and stairs, the attractive looking front added at some point makes it appear modern in the photos.The rooms are clean and smelled good and everything in them great condition or updated (like the big shower and barn door to bathroom). Breakfast was well presented and tended. Nicer than every other value hotel I stayed in this year, which has been a half dozen of them.
