Nice hotel that is very well maintained. Only complaint was the party in the community room.

It’s a clean place to “lay your head.” It felt like they were short-staffed. Some of the central was stale. I would consider it a place to stay if you were on a road trip and needed a stopping point to rest.

Room smelled weird, very strongly of old spoiled food, particularly the bathroom. Menards was near so we bought air freshener and scented candle, which was not completely effective in masking the bad odor. Night was fully booked so staff could not move us to another room. Splatter marks found on bathroom walls and toilet tank, walls not cleaned. Found used washcloth hanging over the shower curtain rod, and an empty cup under the air conditioning unit so clearly room cleaning was sloppy. Carpet in halls was visibly dirty and stained. Toilet paper not stocked and we ran out just prior to leaving for our event - thankfully a full box of tissue was present. Breakfast was standard fare. Staff was friendly. Cleanliness of room was poor. Would rate more like a 4-5 rather than the 9 found in *******.

Everything was great except you need a fan in the bathroom. The mirrors steam up.

The moment I walked into the hotel, there was a smell in the lobby. As if someone just had an upset stomach. It carried on to the 2nd floor and then into our room. By the afternoon of the second day (we stayed three nights), I was nauseous and called down to the desk. They told me no one else was complaining of a smell but they would come up and spray our room. I asked if we could switch rooms to the 3rd floor and they agreed. There was hardly anyone in the hotel the first two nights but they tried to tell me they had no availability. By the third and last night, the smell wasn't in our room anymore, but it was everywhere else, the moment you stepped into the hallway. My whole family smelled it. It was awful and I'm not convinced there isn't a dead body somewhere that's decaying. Honestly. My eyes were watering. If they hadn't moved us to the 3rd floor where it was at least tolerable in the room, we were prepared to move to another hotel altogether. They would not give us any discount or break at all. Awful!
On the other hand, my kid loved the pool and hot tub. I was told breakfast offered was pretty decent, too.
