The internet was awful. We called the front desk and the phone was dead. We had to call the front desk with our cell phone. The man at the desk tried to help us and came to our room. He couldn't fix it so he called for software support. After the internet came back up so did the phone. He checked the hot water down by where ever it was near the front desk and a little while later it was back. I think they lower the heat setting on the water because it came on too quick. We had no hot water to speak of, medium cool at best. They only had one out of two elevators working. One night we wanted to watch a premium station and that wasn't working either. The pillows on the bed were not comfy at all. The only good thing was the breakfast.

House keeping was poor. We asked for more towels 3 times and we never got the towels delivered to our room. Also breakfast was just okay. Belgian waffles are only on Saturday.

The water in the shower was barely even warm. People staying above us were running in their room. We called the front desk and they said they would call that room. Not sure if that happened as the noise of someone running above us continued for another hour. We banged on the ceiling several times and it finally stopped. Only to pick back up at 7:30am. Someone was definitely letting their kids run wild in the room above us.

There was not much hot water. Some of us had to take a cold shower. And the other issue was garbage was all over the outside entrance due to no one emptying the garbage cans.

Definitely enjoyed my stay. I do wish the check-in process was faster for late night check-ins. Besides that, a comfortable bed, clean bathroom stocked with more than enough towels, and exactly what you’d expect from a buffet style breakfast. Great for a stop on a long road trip

Centrally located to many attractions. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but would have liked more fresh fruit options like bananas and oranges. Eggs were delicious.
Room was clean , comfortable bed but sheets were a bit scratchy.
The shower had some mildew stain in the grout and the base of the shower looked like it needed a good scrubbing.
Overall a decent stay but a bit pricey at over $200 a night.
