Excellent venue, spacious rooms, v good housekeeping. Food manu were with lots of varieties and delicious. Restaurant staff was well trained, and groomed. Ms. Jhumpa gave us best services in the restaurant. Other staff in the reception and housekeeping, room service was v good and cooperative. For example. Mr Ahire. Overall this hotel experience was excellent and memorable.

Excellent food. Franklin Figredo and Sanjay were very efficient in discharging their duties, advised on the menu and provided the dishes very promptly. Keep it up.

Jhump A, tasbir and Hasim gave excellent service. Especially Jhump A was amazing. Chef Nitin suggested lovely dishes. Had an excellent time with family. Lovely food.

We had a one-day stay and a very good experience. The location was easy to reach, and the premises had a pleasant, aesthetic ambience. Check-in was smooth and the staff was helpful. The room was spacious, well maintained, with a nice swimming pool view and a separate bed and living area, which was a plus. The food was tasty, and special thanks to Jhumpa Bahata (apologies if the spelling is incorrect) for her warm service and understanding our food preference so well. A small suggestion: the washroom could be cleaned more thoroughly to avoid stains. Overall, housekeeping was good.

工作人员非常友好，设施也很舒适。早餐区的Franklin和前台的Pooja是我印象最深的，她们都非常出色，让您住得非常愉快。一流的酒店。我唯一想念的是浴室里的毛巾钩和抵达时换好的卫生纸，以及房间打扫后补充的卫生纸。除此之外，一切都很棒。
