We came here for a new years experience, hoping to have a good ski holiday. Which we did. The transfer listed told us it would take us 1.5 hrs to arrive in which it took three. Once we arrived we were told the all inclusive didn’t start until 6pm. This meant we were forced to leave and find ourselves food and drink. The beer tap didn’t work for half our trip neither the juice. The drinks you have avalible are limited. If you want a Prosecco or spirit drink you have to pay. I.e. not all inclusive. You shouldn’t list your hotel as all inclusive if you have to pay for something. To all English people the food is very different. Myself and my partner ate out every night as it wasn’t to our taste. All things given the bus stop and location is impeccable. But personally save your money and book elsewhere.

Great hotel on the outskirts of Kaprun. Stayed here with a large group of friends over New Year. Easy reach of slopes and town with lovely views of the mountains. Hotel super, lovely alpine rooms with the essentials. Great Wellness Spa with sauna, steam room and pool. The all inclusive food was great, varied with lots of options- catered really well for allergies and made individual deserts for my daughter who has a nut allergy. Staff so helpful, friendly and wanted to make our stay special. Worth a visit!
