airport shuttle was very good going to airporit. BUT was terrible upon return. upon landing at airport I tried to call the hotel mulitple times for over 20 minutes and no one answered. I then called the reservation number to have them contact the hotel, they could not get anyone to answer either. I had to get an Uber back to the hotel for my car. There was no one at the desk when I got to the hotel either. this was only 5:00 in the evening. so bad

My room was in need of some repairs for example you had to lean on the door to get it to lock, the bath faucet leaked & it was difficult to get the shower on I thought I was going to break it also the fan options didn't work on my Ac/heating unit. The staff seems nice & the location was convenient.

Staff was courteous, overall a quiet and clean place. Bathrooms could use an updated. Paint, caulking, fixtures seemed old and needing a refresh. Light fixture was missing its cover. Breakfast was nice.

Front staff was quick and kind. I could tell the hotel was packed. The couple in front of me walked in and booked the last room available.

The room was clean and cozy, the pool was functional and the breakfast was great. Definitely would stay here again with my family!

Shuttle does not run 24hrs it starts at 4 a m.
Rooms are nice but can use a remodel as well as the bathrooms which are on the smaller side.
Breakfast items are on the cheaper side no 1/2 & 1/2 or milk for the coffee only Cremona. No fruit as well.

我这辈子从未如此恐惧过。这家旅馆的老板简直卑鄙**，真不知道他怎么还在继续经营。我和姐姐带着六个孩子在全国各地旅行，开了11个小时的车才到。我们很兴奋能安顿下来，好好休息一下，以免醒来后又要开一整天的车。入住房间时，房间看起来脏兮兮的，而且非常破旧。因为我们俩都非常怕臭虫，所以我们检查了床垫。不到两分钟，我们就发现了六具臭虫尸体，还有臭虫肆虐的典型“血迹”。我们立刻收拾好行李准备离开，当我们告诉老板时，他对我们极其粗鲁。他说我们编造了臭虫的谣言，而且绝对不会退钱。所以我们不得不把六个疲惫的孩子重新抬上车，又开了40分钟的车到下一家有空的酒店，结果我们损失了260美元。我花了好几天才写这篇评论，因为我还是很生气。我不会建议任何人住在这个令人作呕的地方。
臭虫！醒来发现3只大臭虫爬在我女儿身上，还有一只爬在最上面的毯子上。他们给我们换了房间，结果更糟。臭虫竟然藏在枕套里！臭虫严重滋生，更别提黑色的霉菌、床垫下的棕色液体，还有满地的灰尘。我们叫了辆优步赶紧逃走了！！！
