The staff was very courteous and professional. The lobby is so comfortable and clean. My room was very nice and clean also. The only issue I had was the thin walls. The neighbors to one side woke me up around 0130 hrs. With an eek and a bang against the wall. As I attempted to fall back to sleep, I could hear the neighbors on the other side chuckling and laughing which lasted for about twenty minutes. Otherwise I had a wonderful stay.

Clean all around (parking lot, lobby, hallways, elevator, room). Friendly lobby staff. A/C-heating perfect! Variety of nearby restaurants. Would definitely recommend!
only complaint was the smelly closet.

The room and hotel was great. Clean, excellent customer service. However, no complimentary coffee. They had a Bistro with limited hours. Every hotel i have stayed has the complimentary coffee. So i will not be recommending this hotel in the future.

I really enjoyed my stay. Staff was great. We were unable to use the firepit that was outside and the bar/restaurant sign stated that they were open until 10pm. When I came in each night at 8 everything was dark. But these were extras and the room/hotel were great and again the staff was awesome.

收费过高
住宿体验还不错，但除了房间里那台脏兮兮的咖啡机之外，没有其他免费咖啡。此外，我还被收取了巨额税费，而且这些费用我之前毫不知情。如果我知道的话，我绝对不会入住。如果我知道会被额外收取近200美元的费用，我肯定不会再来了。以后绝不会再住这家酒店。
我的房间床单很脏……不过酒店管理层找到了解决办法，对此我非常感激。
