As far as the kitchen concerns every day there is Greek food in the buffet and not as you mentioned that was only once. The snacks are refilled all time and you get it fresh out of kitchen. As you can understand we offer it fresh and when all guests come at once then it might be possible that will get empty and in the next 5 minutes will be refilled with fresh snacks just cooked. We searched our files and there was anything mentioned from you at all during your stay. We are very sorry for the feelling you had and we never had any complaint from yourside during your stay and even not the day of your check out. Herewith we would like to inform you that the pool has to be cleaned and refresh the water for our guests in order to swim in a bacteria free pool. We take care of their health because we are professionals. All hotels that take care and follow Haacp and Iso rules as we do have the same opening hours. As far as your comment about the food concerns there are labels that indicate Food and Dishes in general should not be taken out of the Restaurant as it has to do with Hygiene. Except that please keep in mid that all tour operators have the information about the hotel, facilities, rooms and photos of each. In the brochure is listed each room with photos so the room you have booked is in the brochure and shows how the room looks like. As far as the meals concerns, in our buffet we offer a menu consisting of different dishes every day, covering Greek, Cretan and international cuisine. Except that we offer theme nights. It is a standard procedure that needs time. As far as the drinks concerns we never said you cannot come and take drinks but are two drinks per person per order and this is to avoid queue. We do not think you would like to wait somebody infront of you ordering 10 drinks and you wait till you get served. All guests are the same for us and are equally served and respected. We are sorry if you did not like this procedure but all the other guests understood, agreed, and congratulated us for this. For sure there are also rules at your home country where you will have to follow. All this is done in order to serve guests quick and properly.
