Terrible customer service Hampton!! Booked a reservation and 5 minutes later realized it was the wrong day. They will not give me a refund.
Stayed at Hamptons often when traveling for sports! Never again.

212房间很干净，但窗帘拉不上，导致房间整晚都亮着灯。这让我难以入睡，也影响了我的住宿体验。我联系了前台，但没有得到任何解决方案。工作人员很有礼貌，但似乎无法解决这个问题。希望酒店能为以后的客人解决这个问题。2/5星。
一切都非常干净舒适。然而，我们晚上被狗叫声吵醒了好几次。我真不满意花了那么多钱住的房间，却要忍受这些狗叫声。这也让我觉得，我预订时提出的不安排宠物房的要求没有得到满足，因为我们这层楼不止一个房间有狗叫。
办理入住时，工作人员非常友好，退房时我抱怨狗叫声，前台的女士也道了歉。
我们度过了一个非常不安稳的夜晚，我不明白为什么酒店不指定一个特定的楼层来接待携带宠物的客人。
我们对整个住宿体验印象深刻。这是我们第一次住在这里，房间非常干净整洁，感觉格外温馨舒适……房间宽敞舒适，早餐也非常棒。我们真的是非常开心的露营者。我们一定会再次入住。
由于我们天黑才入住，一大早就离开，所以无法提供酒店周边环境的建议。入住手续快捷方便。

早餐区干净、清新，食物储备充足。我和Jasmine（员工）边吃早餐边聊，对她印象深刻。她对自己的工作感到自豪，对雇主的评价很高。她真是汉普顿酒店的优秀员工！像她这样的人已经不多了！

这些年来，我住过这家酒店好几次了。从来没有遇到过任何问题。房间总是让我非常满意！！！这个房间在一楼，糟糕透了。地毯很脏。我住得真的非常不舒服。
通过第三方工作人员预订的房间，前台人员表示房间不可用，我们试图换房，但付款被拒，工作人员花了超过几分钟才弄清楚情况，也没有与我们沟通！最后终于给了我们钥匙，但仍然需要我们自己弄清楚。酒店所在楼层非常吵闹。退房时周围没有人。
