The bathroom was poorly cleaned and there was urine on the door and on the floor that was never cleaned. In fact, the whole bathroom floor looked uncleaned and dingy. The door had other mystery stains that made the whole place feel disgusting. Tub was grimy and had black stuff under the mat and the shower curtain was yellow and ripping at the seams. Smoke detector was missing as well, so there were chords hanging from the ceiling. Big room with nothing but a bed and a couple tables and a single chair, so it did not look appealing either. Should have spent another $20 to go somewhere way better like the Hilton that wasn't too far away.

Lot of foot traffic , going through the parking lot, to one particular room, all evening. The room Floor, was filthy. Bottom of our feet were black, just walking to the bathroom. No selection for Breakfast. The guest area is more like a bank , with plexiglass to the ceiling, which is also the breakfast area. No water pressure in the shower. Heater had a terrible smell, and COLD room!

The staff has clearly put a lot of work into refurbishing this property. Rooms are light on carpeting/fabric, so you can be more confident of cleanliness. We had some issues at check-in but they were able to move us into new rooms despite the late hour.

Very friendly, very kind, very sanitary, very efficient! The rooms are so spacious. All of the interior in the rooms are new. The privacy is awesome. The best part is the amenities! They accommodate all amenities, and that's priceless! Thank you Sure Stay! From my family and I!
