Great property close to downtown area and restaurants. The boiler had an issue and our son took a scolding shower that was scary but management was very responsive and gracious about it. If we go back we would not stay anywhere else.

It took 30 minutes to locate the motel using the car map, not easy to get to at all. Breakfast was not served, only coffee. The room was clean but the temperature kept going up throughout the night. I had to get up to adjust controls.There were only 2 towels. You have to pay for internet and only 10 channels on tv. We are not impressed with this motel.

The rooms are in good shape but the toilet paper and kleenex are almost see thru. Parking is non-existent, unless you pay in the parking garage that is literally attached to the hotel but not managed by the hotel. Weird.

Came to hotel for a wedding my room was hot- ac was not working properly and they said they gave me a nice view from that the start of getting room and it was a terrible .

I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Georgetown! The hotel was spotless — very clean and well-maintained throughout. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and quiet, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxing. The location is great too — close to restaurants and downtown Georgetown. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Austin area.

Great hotel with many restaurants in walkable distance. There was an event one night that made parking difficult but otherwise a great hotel option in the area.
