The hotel is a bit worn but clean. The hotel is way out i the middle of nowhere that makes it quiet. The only problem we had was the entry door we were told to use was not working. Otherwise it was quite acceptable and we'd stay there again.

Didnt feel safe. The room next to me had their tv on all night. My room wasn’t clean (dirty pillow case, looked like someone had sat on the bed, toilet didn’t work so I had to use the lobby bathroom, someone had used the toilet in my room and it wasn’t cleaned, cup/can rings on the desk top and on the end tables next to the bed). After checking in I go park my truck and grab my things walked into the lobby and one of the guys in there was at the counter and in his hands he has a bottle of liquor and he’s talking to the front desk guy in a conversation. They both notice me and split up, the dude with the bottle tries to cover it up and walk away, turning his back to me. If I had my wife or kids with me we would have left. I’ll never stay here again

Room was not clean, pillows looked disheveled, bed sheets looked used so we had to replace all pillow cases and bedsheets ourselves because we did love our room location. Otherwise, it’s the only closest, affordable hotel to the Deep Creek Oakland area. Staff was friendly and breakfast was subpar.

This room was nasty. One queen bed had no frame and was sitting in the floor. The carpets were sticky and fraying. No toilet seat lid. The beds were hard.
I used to love Microtel, but this will be my last stay with this hotel chain.

Requested early check in which was not accommodated. We were told check in at 3. We came back at 3:30 checked in and were sent to a dirty room. We were told due to booking through 3rd party that we should have called. We were not able to get to our room until 4:30 and suspected that the room was not cleaned throughly. We were told to talk to John the next day about our experience and discuss a possibility of a refund. When we spoke to John the next day he advised that we needed to speak to the hotel manager Bonnie who was not there. John took our info and said to expect a call from Bonnie the next day. We have not received a call and I unsuccessfully not been able to get in touch with the hotel manager as of today. They also charged an additional $50 deposit fee which we were told would drop off but it has not! This experience overall is ridiculous! 10 out 10 do not recommend!!!

来这里出差。一切都很满意。地理位置绝佳，因为它是该地区唯一的酒店。我来这里是为了探望监狱，酒店就在街对面。
