Found a short black curly hair in bed when pulled back top sheet....let front desk know,they brought me a new sheet and tried to say oh it must have fallen from housekeeping. Ummm......I work as a house keeper and have never had my hair fall out onto a bed that I have made up.

We scheduled 2 rooms to be used for 2 nights. In 1 room the curtains had black mold on them and affected the breathing of the people in that room.
The next night 1 of the people went elsewhere. The other person that didn't have a choice but to stay in that room had a cockroach in the bed when he turned the sheets back.
Doubtful we will ever use this hotel again.

We had plenty of rooms to move our guests to and yet not one person came to lobby and spoke with our amazing front desk to issue a complaint or make us aware of these issues on property. We would have made it worthwhile or given full refunds at the time if brought to our attention and not heard about days later. Even so we went back to the rooms to investigate and there is no mold on curtains. there are stains but not mold. And after calling in orkin to be sure no pests were on property he found no signs during his walkthrough in any of our rooms. We hope you have safe travels and hope you are now aware that we are here 24/7 to help and no person should stay in a room for multiple days in any negative environment and we pride ourselves on our cleanliness and making sure our guests are 100% satisfied at all times. Please always say something so we may work fast and make your stay a 5 star stay. Thank you

It is an older building, but they do their best to keep the rooms and area clean. There are no real amenities, but they are friendly and responsive in the office. It served my purposes well to meet my needs that trip.

I liked the quietness & location. Did not like a couple of guys outside between 2 -5 talking louder than normal & woke me up twice.. I was nice & did not bother them or say anything to provoke ill feelings.

We had to leave because Bugs on beds and blood stain on pillow cases. Room had holes in the walls and Cigarette burns on sheets.

Didn’t like all the bird nests around the room. They kept us up most of the night. And bird poop was everywhere.

We love to stay at this Super 8 Motel, because the staff is always very nice. This last stay l was unable to get door opened & l turned to go to the office and there was the staff member saying he was the watching the monitor and came right away.. WoW now that is excellence in Customer Care. They cared about as if we were the only customers that ever assisted! The owners are wonderful!!
