酒店回复: We are sorry for the unfortunate issues that arised during your stay and tried or best to fix the issues as the happened but there we beyond our means and we had to call in for a service tech to come out. As for the upgrade I do apologize that the front desk person accidently okayed it in the new system and we reversed the added charge right away. Sorry again and thank you for your feed back.
酒店回复: I do apologize your reservation was book for the wrong date. That was on ******* part and no control on our part. We had your reservation but for the wrong date, and unfortunately didn't have any rooms left for the date you were needing to stay.

Clean and comfy stay
Very clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. Room was good size. Shower was hot and good pressure. A few repairs needed here and there at the faculty but it was in good shape. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast wasn't a huge selection but it was sufficient. The hot tub and pool was very clean.

My room is clean other than the carpet is dirty. Someone clipped their toenails and there were toenails on the carpet as well as some chewing gum that somebody chewed and dropped on the carpet. Otherwise it was clean. I don’t think anybody vacuumed in here.
