Sleepless night
Great Service, Pillows were terrible,
Had a neighbor up all night and slammed
Doors and Drawers. Rueban(front Desk)
Very nice and helpful.would stay again
Hopefully pillows replaced and a more
Courteous Clientele.

For the most part, my stay was pretty good. Staff at the front desk was friendly as could be, very nice facility and in a very convenient location.
Room was small, but clean and nice. Lots of lighting, which was great.
However, the room was lacking a couple of things: number one for me was no USB port in the room to charge my phone. I had to borrow a plug from the front desk. I would also have appreciated a microwave and a small refrigerator.
Finally, breakfast was not as advertised. It was basically non-existent. Front desk told me all they really had was waffles. There was yogurt and bagels in plastic. No eggs, no sausage, no bacon. Tried the cranberry juice and it was not good.
Ended up going to Black Bear Diner next door.
For the price, was not worth it for me and will not be returning.

Convenient and easy to find.
Negatives- we booked a room that was supposed to have a fridge. On arrival we were told if wanted a fridge we would have to pay full price for another room. Once in the room we found there was no safe, despite the description saying all rooms had a safe. When we spoke to the receptionist and pointed out there was no safe and that it said there was on the description, she said she knew it said that, but none of the rooms had a safe. She was not very friendly. This is misleading. Lastly, if you are a couple, it only allows one device on Wi-Fi. Never had this issue at any other hotel.

还不错的入住环境，入住及退房很方便，干净卫生，服务很友善，有问题询问，很快友好的处理，总体是满意的。
