房间设施齐全和舒适，就是进门会有一点点烟味，早餐东西一般。
前台的女士在我告诉她我不感兴趣后，一直想帮我办理会员。她甚至看起来好像无论如何都要帮我办，直到我直接问她为什么需要我的邮政编码，她才回答说“哦，我以为你答应了”……而我明明说了“不”！真是见不得人的伎俩。我猜想肯定有好几个人都拥有他们不想要的会员资格。而且第一个房间有烟味。

从前台接待员到清洁工，工作人员都超级棒，超级友好，一切都很棒，最棒的是24小时开放的泳池和水疗中心，让我在一场漫长的足球比赛后恢复了活力，我绝对很乐意再次入住这里。
它离我的路线很近，但我不喜欢的是，我开了 12 个小时的车才到达那里，却发现我付款的日期在我不知情的情况下被提前到了第二天，这与我的行程不符，前台的女士感觉只是想把我赶走，不想帮忙，所以我去了其他地方
应该待在家里
糟糕透顶，真是最糟糕的一晚。我住在当地，只想找个约会之夜放松一下，好好享受一下热水浴缸和泳池。热水浴缸和泳池人满为患，大人们都在喝酒，孩子们则一直守在入口处，直到凌晨4点……早上8点，我们尝试了热水浴缸，结果发现边缘全是污垢（侧面也结了一层），泳池脏得看不到底部，但化学物质的味道却很浓，我们离开后第二天都能闻到:-( 淋浴间里到处都是头发，水压也大到足以把洗发水冲掉。我不是凯伦人，但170美元的价格让我预订时感觉很蠢，以前也没什么问题，但以后再也不会住了。
这家酒店以其24小时开放的泳池和热水浴缸而闻名，预订起来非常方便；办理入住时前台服务非常友好，早餐种类丰富，可以在风景优美的餐厅享用；酒店环境安静祥和，房间漂亮、干净、宽敞，完全符合我们的预期。我们唯一的抱怨是负责早餐的那位女士一点也不乐于助人，也不亲切，也缺乏人情味。考虑到我们遇到的其他人都非常友好，这实在令人失望。
一家五口人入住
我们在前往最终目的地的途中在这里住了一晚。它就在高速公路旁，坐落在一个很棒的小镇里。入住手续快捷方便。我们走进房间，非常满意。空间宽敞，干净现代。泳池和热水浴缸更是锦上添花。早餐很棒！一定会再次入住。
非常干净安静的新酒店。我一定会再次入住。唯一令人失望的是淋浴间的沐浴露分配器是空的，但洗发水和护发素是满的。
还会再住的。房间设计简洁，但很干净，床和椅子都很舒服（尽管床很高）。酒店后面有很多草坪，还有烧烤/游乐区，供狗狗和家人玩耍，这点非常好。步行即可到达几家餐厅，这点很方便。停车方便。靠近高速公路，但一点也不吵。电视频道很多。空调也不错。
好地方！！！
我们在肯塔基州阿什兰观看了兰迪·特拉维斯的演唱会，晚上就住在这里。距离很近，交通便利。酒店超级好。服务超棒！！！
