The one staff was super mean and not at all helpful the building is hard to get into and you only get one room key…. Looks a little sketchy but good enough to sleep in if you have to tv remote is not working for us. Plus there is no shower curtain so it makes the bathroom floors all wet. I would not recommend

Our experience at this hotel was frustrating from the start. When we checked in, I asked for four room key cards since there were four of us staying—but the front desk lady actually said no and would only provide two key cards. The lobby had a strong, off-putting smell (like curry), which was not exactly the welcome you want when arriving after a long drive. Unfortunately, things didn’t get any better from there. The “free breakfast” was the worst I’ve ever had at any hotel. On top of being unappetizing, the selection was extremely limited—definitely not something you'd look forward to in the morning. The room itself was passable, but a number of issues made the stay uncomfortable. The bathroom had no fan for ventilation, which left the whole space steamy and musty after showers. The refrigerator was so cold it actually froze our leftovers, and the temperature adjustment knob was broken off entirely, so there was no way to fix it. Most concerning of all, the sheets on the bed were stained when we arrived—completely unacceptable, especially for a hotel in a highly visited tourist area like Carlisle, known for its famous Car Shows. You’d expect much higher standards of cleanliness and maintenance. Overall, this hotel felt mismanaged and neglected. I would not recommend staying here unless there are absolutely no other options.

The room was very spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly. While I did not travel with any pets, I truly love that they are pet friendly. I only stayed one night, but would recommend this hotel and would stay again the next time I'm passing through.

Floors aren’t vacuumed. Food in chairs. Sheets aren’t clean. Pillow cases had makeup residue. Mind you this is our second room of the night due to toilet issues. Employee came in to plunge the toilet, after ten minutes bringing in more tools. They did not clean after the toilet situation properly at all. Highly disgusted.
