The bathtub and shower curtain were dirty. The rest of the room was clean. Hallways, lobby and breakfast room were cold and uncomfortable. Breakfast food was not good.

yes the noise outside was terrible and also next to us and we told the front desk and NOTHING was done.. WE had to wait to sleep until 1 am because that is WHEN the noise stopped

Bathroom needs updating , in rough shape. Walls were peeling, tub was old. Sinks faucet was wobbly.
Wall lamps usb and electrical outlets didn’t work. Surged if tried to use..
Staff were nice and friendly.

My stay started with a room next to the laundry. I could hear workers talking. I asked to be moved to another room and told none was available and they would call me when a room was clean. I never received a call. You could hear people coming and going at all hours of the night. An alarm of some sort woke me up at 6 am after no sleep from the noise. The photos online are deceiving. The bathroom is disgusting and not updated. The outside of the property is no better. Weeds and trash. Will not stay here again

There was a live cockroach crawling on one of our beds. When we told the front desk they said that they would have a manager contact us--no one ever did.

这家酒店超乎预期，去往华盛顿不想继续开了，随手订了这家，价格比较合适，床和环境非常不错。也许是地理位置偏，所以要比其它地区便宜不过在美都是开车
