Third stay at this location and always a great experience. Friendly staff (the breakfast lady was incredibly kind and cheerful!) and rooms are quiet, convenient, and great location to stores, restaurants, freeway, and overall excellent.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and our stay was very peaceful. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely the most welcoming staff I’ve experienced at a hotel.

Room was nice but staff was not nice at all. Two times I walked by the front and said hi and got no response from the front desk staff.

Loved our stay just had a few hiccups:)
I want to start by saying the front desk people were friendly, helpful and it was clean in the lobby and we were very happy.
Downfalls were minor but I went back and forth about saying anything. Our room wasn’t the cleanest. In the fold out couch was someone else’s dirty socks when we opened it. Also there was a lot of missed areas.
We did have a good time but it was really hard to get ready with only one mirror. A room that can fit 6 seems like it would have an extra mirror and sitting area. These were just minor things but I think a mirror would help others in the future. The shower curtain was super short and didn’t really help much when taking a shower. The toilet seat was very loose and wobbly and hard for my mom who has cancer on her spine to sit on . Also we had requested an extra blanket and they never brought it up. I’m assuming it was late and they just forgot. My daughter just has Reynold’s disease and is cold all the time. We forgot to pack an extra blanket. No big deal I gave her mine.
Please don’t look at these as we had a bad time just as a small improvement suggestion.

Overall, I was pretty happy with my stay. My only complaint is that I specifically chose a king size room with an accessible bathtub. When we arrived, we had no bathtub. We called down to ask to be changed to one with a tub and were told that there were no king-size rooms That had bathtubs. I’m not sure if the problem lies with ******* or with the facility, but I was unhappy with the inaccurate description. We were told we would have to upgrade to a room that has two queens in order to get to a bathtub, but we were not offered that option.

每次出门，我的门钥匙都坏了，这可不是闹着玩的……我得去换门钥匙。电话也坏了，我得一直用手机打电话到前台……要多些毛巾和毯子，结果只能自己去拿……办理入住的第一位工作人员很不礼貌，她似乎对我们不停地打电话要门钥匙感到很恼火……
