When I checked in, the front desk staff seemed to have a discriminatory attitude towards Asians. I wanted to change rooms, but he said there were none available. When I said I would cancel my order, another staff member came over and said there was a room available for change, but they didn't tell me that an extra $18 would be charged for one night. This was a very bad experience.
房间干净卫生舒适，位置优越，晚上非常热闹，可步行至河滨的餐馆，酒吧，咖啡店等，餐后与家人乘坐了游船，非常便利。
这家酒店设施老旧电梯晃动厉害，和图片不一样，
酒店没有包括早餐，楼下餐厅早餐还可以，晚餐食物一般并且服务员态度不好，房间卫生不干净，淋雨水特别小需要花很久洗澡.
前台工作人员态度也是非常差，看不起亚洲人，

被子有点脏
空调不好，噪音很大。明明约定早餐免费，最后告知只免30美元，超过部分要自费。涉及欺诈。
位置离riverwalk很近 下楼即到 装修很新 因为在downtown 安全方面还是做的很到位 停车可以在旁边的garage 一晚上二三十
一切都很好
这家酒店主打位置好，距离圣安东尼奥的最著名的景点都很近。房间面积也还算大。酒店装修是简约风格类型，我更喜欢奢华的。
酒店很新，所以非常干净，房间大小也适中。这可能是我出差住过的欧洲酒店中最舒适的一家了。
河边酒店非常热闹，酒吧餐厅林立，白天夜晚不同风景，感觉河道散步比上层那里更安全一点
