Customer service was 10/10! We were in town for a field hockey tournament, and when our daughter was injured and we needed to head home, ******* was amazing and quickly refunded our money since we could not stay. Unfortunately, the room appeared to have been cleaned in a rush. It was very hot, and the air-conditioning unit did not seem to be working. We considered contacting the front desk, but we knew it would likely require waiting for the room to be cleaned again or moving to another room, and we were exhausted. The next day, I intended to inform the front desk about the unit and the condition of the room, but we were in a rush to get our daughter to the doctor. I appreciated the customer service and the kindness of the front desk staff, but I would not stay here again.

Did not partake of breakfast. Room generally clean. Not enough towels for two people. No ice bucket.

Frankie was AMAZING!!! Hotel was exceptionally clean. Room was clean with lots of sitting area!! Great place!!

Excellent all the way around - accomodations and staff!
The guests in the room above me sounded like they were continuously moving furniture around and stomping on the floor, but that's not related to the accomadations. I even saw signs in the elevator regarding a noise policy, so it was on me to call the front desk and I didn't.

We recently stayed at this hotel and it was such a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful and everything was super clean. I usually don’t write reviews but the experience was so good I had to write one. 10/10!!!

这家酒店棒极了，很新，地理位置也很方便。我已经住过两次了，下次还会乐意选择这里。酒店非常干净。床很舒服很软，床单洁白无瑕。早餐也很美味。
酒店卫生很好，空调声音不大，很舒适，屋子里只有冰箱，没有微波炉，但是大厅里有各种茶、咖啡，巧克力可以冲饮，还有热水可以直接接，很方便。免费停车。
