This was the second time we've stayed at this Holiday Inn Express, and we enjoyed it again. We were able to reserve an oceanside view, which was a great feature. The hotel is easy to find, centrally located on the Outer Banks, and very clean. We will stay again,

Due to weather my trip was moved. I had bought the insurance. When I contacted (Online "customer service"), I was told that I could not move the two days booked to the new time frame, that I would have to pay for a penalty cancellation fee (full room price) and also the new booking dates. I asked that the new date be booked regardless.Now I was on the line with ******* for two hours. Part of that time was the ******* rep stating that they had reached out to the Holiday Inn and was told that they had categorically denied the move. When we arrived at the Holiday Inn,.we were told that the new dates were never booked, that they had no policy against the change I requested, and were NEVER called by ******* about this. Other members of the fishing party had booked directly, and made the change without a problem. We grabbed.whatever room was available, a lesser room, away from our group. So beware, ******* is not a good option for travel as they will not provide any value add. I have used them a lot in the past, but no more.

We enjoyed a nice room with balcony over looking the beach. Hotel was clean, friendly and the complimentary breakfast was very nice. Would book another stay, and most likely will.

I have satayed at many Holiday Inn Express locations and each has been positive. This stay was no exception to that rule. The front desk staff was professional and friendly. The breakfast was ample, just crowded; maybe a consideration for the future if possible is some kind of expansion of the breakfast dining area. that is a corporate issue, not local, but speaking of the breakfast, the woman attending the area was just as professional and friendly as the front desk staff.
The room was clean, including the bathroom. Parking was easy, and having a waterfront-facing room made for even more positive. The proximity of the hotel to the destination also made for its own positive. Simply put, IHG coporate should be proud of the staff of this local and the hotel itself.

入住时间是下午4点,前台两次告诉我们是下午4点。结果,我们直到4:45才拿到房间……晚上10点左右,火警警报响了,大约30分钟后才允许我们再次入住。早餐是最棒的。
