Tv didn’t work, called, guy at front desk basically said, oh well! Also, cleaning staff pounded on the door in the morning, despite having the do not disturb sign on our door.

Room was clean & nicely presented. Staff was helpful & friendly. Room thermostat did not work correctly. The maintenence man would not come look at it until the next day (after I've already checked out & slept in a chilly room all night).

Clean room, but 2d floor is plagued with equipment noise from AC, Fans, refrigerator, etc. Annoying. Our room was electrically deficient. Outlets didn’t work, lights non-functional. Great bed, good pillows, nice TV. Fast elevators, bright & airy. Breakfast and dinner in lobby area, neither is free though. Overall, good price, decent stay.

Hole cut in door then glued back weird
Everything was very good but door needs replaced. Please see attached picture. Kind of weird

I really enjoyed my stay! The staff was amazing, the food and drinks were delicious, and it felt like a safe place for me and my daughter to stay. The hotel is in an excellent location. Not having to go far for gas, food, and shopping! This hotel will now be my go to when I pass through Morgantown!

Overall nothing to complain about pretty good stay nice staff pretty clean area. Good location. The only reason I didn't give it a five stars is you really have to blow me away. So I just don't handle five stars

This is an old property, and it shows. For instance, the elevator is slow and noisy and the gym has treadmills with original ipod connectors and lots of rust.

We loved our stay here. It was our second visit. The staff was kind and worked fast. Our room was ready when we arrived and we had a great view! Rooms were clean and well prepared. We loved sitting outside on the patio.

Very nice hotel I’d recommend it to anyone who’s coming to Morgantown very pleasant staff.
