非常好的体验,因为中国新年给我们升级了套房,面对棕榈岛,太棒了!网红泳池名不虚传,各种游乐设施非常棒,年夜饭在自助餐厅实现龙虾自由,遗憾是没有多订几天,2026年春节留下非常美好的回忆!
定了皇家俱乐部棕榈景观房,给了最低的5楼,体验就很差,一点都看不见棕榈景观的特色。晚上特意看了下,相同的房型,明显还有很多没有住满,翻🙄。第二天早上醒了,阳台的门开着就去吃早饭了,吃完回来,整个房间弥漫着蒜的味道,出去发现这个房间对着厨房的通风口,而且味道散发不出去。这种情况肯定不会是第一次,前台也没有提醒,我只能说非常差。后来协调了换了房间,是面对海的房间。这边的房间,楼下经常跑车,摩托车的声音特别吵。发一下对比图吧,哎,垃圾,
非常完美的住宿体验!与亚特兰蒂斯一脉相承,但更具艺术气息!水火喷泉表演值得一看!早餐丰富,品类齐全!因为改签提前一天晚上退房离开,酒店在出发前按我们点的早餐菜品送了餐,且精致毫不敷衍,令人惊喜!

酒店设施很好很豪华,空中泳池也很美,酒店早餐非常丰富但是有点拥挤
但是!晚上洗澡的时候竟然没有热水,1.只有稍微温的水,导致洗完澡出来人冷的发抖(因为房间内空调开得很低),2.浴缸放水本来打算泡澡,结果水放出来是黄黄的而且不热,根本不敢泡 3.浴缸溢水口有发霉的霉菌
晚上11:30打电话去前台投诉,打了两次电话,最终睡着后凌晨1:30左右工作人员才来敲门,严重影响休息。这个服务态度非常不到位,投诉了两次,两个小时后才有人来处理并且后续没有解决也没有道歉
酒店存在问题:1.这么贵这么豪华的酒店竟然连热水洗澡这样普通的事情都保证不了 2.投诉后处理非常不及时且不重视客人体验感,一直道退房为止没有人再跟我处理投诉这个事情有店大欺客的嫌疑
这个季节这个价格是不合适的,人多的不得了,服务根本就没有啊。lv店也在里面这个地方不要去不行的,这个是去体验下就行了
我订的是皇家俱乐部棕榈景房型,办理入住人员告诉我是10楼的房间,办理期间前台又走过来另一位酒店工作人员,跟我说10楼的房间还没有准备好,现在只有5楼的房间。当我们抵达房间时发现,这是酒店最低的楼层,阳台外的棕榈景观基本被下面一个很大的屋檐挡住;更可怕的是,房间对面的楼梯间传来油漆的味道,楼梯间里面应该正在装修。 晚上睡觉时候外面的餐厅和音乐喷泉也很吵,我们一直到很晚才睡着。第二天上午,当我通过代理联系了酒店,酒店答应9:30安排一个经理过来沟通,到了时间,又通知我们需要等到10点,我就没有再等下去。 总之这是一次非常糟糕的体验,和迪拜皇家亚特兰蒂斯的形象完全不符。
