房向比较宽敞,新装修的,感党比三星的都好,意外惊喜,设施新,干净卫生,停车位聚氨酯地坪,车位充裕,早餐品类还可以,满足需求。人员友好,服务优良。洗衣间洗衣机烘干机各1台,各收5刀,较贵!
套房的设施很简陋
我在这里住过两次了。一次和家人一起,一次独自一人。第一次很棒,没什么问题。独自旅行也不错,但房间里确实有一些我之前没有预料到的问题。这次房间有点霉味/烟味。还好,只是轻微的。另外,灰色床头板有点损坏,虽然没什么大不了的,但好像有人试图用黑色记号笔修补,所以很显眼。浴室天花板上还有一处水渍。这些都不是大问题,我以后还会再住这里,但这些问题可能需要以后再处理。
床超级棒!虽然这里是无烟场所,但房间里还是有股味道,感觉像是有人在我们入住之前违反了规定。我们开了风扇,这才驱散了味道。
这家酒店干净漂亮。房间宽敞舒适。早餐是典型的酒店餐点。早餐区很小,而且很封闭,我们和大约15个吵闹的孩子一起在那里,所以要注意这一点。我们的问题是,我们到达时等了超过15分钟才有人到前台办理入住。我们甚至打电话给酒店,希望有人接听。服务员终于来了,她道了几次歉。我们到达时,另一位先生也来了,他非常生气地离开了。
员工很棒!他们非常热情友好,乐于满足任何要求,还会提供额外的帮助!对于三个小孩和大人来说,这真是一次绝佳的体验。强烈推荐这家酒店!值得每天开车去皮奥里亚。
这家酒店住得很愉快。房间干净、新,床很舒服,早餐不错,价格也很便宜。这家酒店唯一的缺点是即使我们住的是无烟房,房间里也弥漫着烟味。
我的钱丢了
去不了?!邮政编码跟我们住的地方不一样。一直显示不出来。订单发错了地区。我的钱丢了。我试着取消,但被拒绝了。
工作人员热情友好,但又不失专业。房间和酒店都一尘不染。所有维修都已完成,但一些翻新工程显而易见。我一定会再次入住这里!
水不热。温热,温热但不热。我洗澡的时候水是黄色的,不过这种情况在某些地方会发生,所以没什么大不了的。
