The worst experience in my entire life the worst customer service ever I end up calling the police bc they threatened to kill me and my family and they refused to give me a room or my refund I need an agent to call me back for my refund

There was no coke machines NO WHERE on the premises that had cokes in them no snacks in any of the machines of any kind. The breakfast is hard boiled eggs and yogurt and toast

I was there on a band trip with my daughter's high school marching band. I couldn't get a room in the hotel they stayed in so I stayed here. There were very friendly people at the front desk. Room was great only issue was microwave didn't work but I just went to the lobby and let them know and used the one there. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stains on the floor, towels are old and grayish, not white. Tv was not working. Mattress is not comfortable and squeaks. Pillows are not comfortable. Bad smells inside the room. Free breakfast was a joke. Overall 2/5

Beds are very uncomfortable. Room is ok, it is kind of dated. Could be cleanier so it smells fresher.

Room was clean but you could see it was showing a lot of wear. Did not participate in free breakfast. Sign in room said if you forgot something ask front desk. I asked for a comb, they did not have. Later asked for a plastic laundry bag for dirty laundry, they did not have. Should just remove signs in rooms. Knowing all of this I would probably stay there again. Just do not forget my comb & bring my own bag.

It was fine. Everything was clean and in decent condition, but the room definitely smelled like pee. There were also some sketchy characters around after dark, but luckily they mostly ignored me.
