Bridgewater North has recently had the old restaurant converted into Premier Plus rooms and a small restaurant for guests only. The conversion has been well done, and the new restaurant is pleasant with a fairly comprehensive Whitbread style menu. I had the sirloin steak which was excellent quality and well cooked. Breakfast was buffet style and well presented and popular although some items were not kept well stocked. This is likely due to the minimal staffing levels now in operation. This could be more of a problem in the summer months. That said, all the staff were very pleasant and helpful and contributed to a restful stay.

What I love about this hotel is that the windows can open, not a lot, but enough to breathe fresh air. I hate staying at Premier Inns where the windows can't open anymore, so stifling and suffocating and, quite frankly, fed up with the lies of staff reassuring you that the air con stays on through the night and then they switch it off so that you wake up in the middle of the night body covered in sweat and they don't give a damn! But, this hotel has proper windows! Loving it ..... The restaurant, The Social, cooks lovely meals and the staff are really friendly. A big shout out to "Megan" who goes above and beyond with a smile always on her face. Thank you. :) Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

I sat in reception to wait for my room to be ready and there was very heavy dust to the floor. In my room there was mildew to the walls and ceiling in the bathroom and the soap dispensers were dirty. The bedroom was clean enough but the walls were shaded by the bathroom area

Location is handy for M5. The hotel is just outside Bridgwater in an industrial area which is fine as we just wanted a clean and comfortable 'value' stay. We've used premier inn a few times before. We upgraded for a small fee and glad we did. We got a very recently completed room in a new wing along with new dining/bar area. We were told the old part is waiting to be refurbished. Our room was very pleasant and a good size. Lovely shower. Breakfast was very good. Members of staff are all very helpful. It would be good to see redevelopment completely finished...the entrance and outside was not finished and very muddy. Overall...good value for price paid.

After staying here 2 weeks including the weekend and having stayed here many times before when there was a pub on site this hotel seems to have lost its way regards staffing levels and its general approach towards customers. Although it now as premier plus rooms on what was the pub site which in themselves are very nice and spacious and it’s nice to have the fridge in your room and extra seating and table to work from but then we have the new in-house restaurant which from a design view is very nice and modern with a little bar. The biggest issue with this hotel is staff, well lack of them… he ones there are very helpful but when it’s busy they just can’t cope with the amount of guests. And that’s on a sat/Sunday when it is quieter (over an hrs wait for food when only about 5 tables were in use due to having only one member of staff on. Breakfast can be hit or miss regards what’s on offer and when it’s ready, coffee machine spills more coffee on the floor and surrounding area than what goes in the cup, cereal bowls are sometimes empty, no morning goods or very little until around 8ish. Building work outside is unfinished so a lot of mud around, electric doors that have a mind of there own and then internal doors that slam, can’t be nice for room 301 maybe it’s teething problems and just needs settle into a rhythm. A shame cause it was a real nice place to stay

Very good value, excellent rooms if a little small, great nights sleep. Evening meal only had very late availability and needs to be booked prior to arrival but I will learn from my mistake as this was the first time staying here.

Mia & Laura in ‘The Social’ were exceptional in their customer service! They were speedy, yet attentive, very courteous and both had a happy demeanour. I didn’t catch the name of the guy on reception, but he was very professional and patient with me. Definitely recommend!

Laura and Mia were amazing hosts within the restaurant, also Mia pours the best pint in the world
工作人员非常热情,房间也不错,和其他Premier Inn酒店一样。房间安静,热水供应充足。
