Shower water flow very low
Asked to check out at 12:00pm instead of
11:00am and only agreed to 30 minutes extension

The staff was awesome! Cesar in particular gave it to me straight on the phone when I asked him a few questions about Hilton Miami Aventura. The best kept secret in Aventura is this gem. And that's coming from a person who LOVES and works in the hotel industry.

很棒的酒店，设施齐全。房间里唯一缺少的就是微波炉。虽然他们有公用微波炉，但只在八楼。除此之外，服务很棒，泳池也是一大亮点。下次还会入住！

我第一次入住这家酒店是在2022年，当时的体验简直棒极了。但这次却截然相反。这主要是因为员工态度恶劣，他们似乎对工作很不耐烦，对我们非常粗鲁。当我向前台那位年纪较大的先生要餐具给我四岁的儿子时，他竟然用异样的眼光看着我们。鉴于员工如此糟糕的服务态度，我还会再来吗？
