I've had one of the worst experiences at this resort. It doesn't even deserve the single star I'm giving it due to how bad the service was. This resort is missing the minimum safety measures. When I went to this resort with my kids, I noticed that most of their guests were families with kids, but there were absolutely no lifeguards either at the beach or the resort swimming pools. There was also no servers at the pool bars serving anyone. At night, there is no where to sit at the beach and there is a single, poorly serviced restaurant, that had an annoying golf car coming in every 3-5 minutes just to make a U-turn and leave, right in the middle of the restaurant. Lastly, I've cancelled my reservation from 2 months ago due to how bad things were. They still have not reimbursed me for the reservation. I'm extremely disappointed with the stay and with the way this resort has handled the whole situation.

Extremely disappointed. Huge red flag. I have paid extra half day due to my schedule and only got extended to 6.30pm. (which is NOT half day but I was fine with it as long as it was 6.30pm). HOWEVER, they called at 6.15pm, came at 6.20pm while I was taking a bath (and promised would be out on time) and called again at 6.29pm as I was leaving the room. I have never been kicked out like this BEFORE check out time, especially with a premier suite at a luxury hotel; I will never recommend this hotel to international travellers. This is NOT an international 5-star hotel. In the past I gave mostly positive 5-star reviews on google so apparently this is extremely disappointing experience. +management reached out within 2hours, appreciate the considerations after the unfortunate event.

Very bad hotel. Looks noce from outside but cleanliness is very border line and service is near to nil. I stayed there for business as there was no availability in the hotels i am used to in Jeddah (Park Hayat and Assila Hotel). It was dreadful. I was willing to change to any other hotel but was lazy and i regretted it. Rooms are not very clean, carpets full of spots, toilet seats not cleaned . When you leave the room, A/c turns off and you end up walking in a boiling hot room. You need to put air con at max to get it cooled but if you do not like a/c to blow on you, there is no place to hide. Food is also not good. On top, their English is very limited. I asked for an French pressed coffee : they brought some socks juice one in a jug. I had to wait 30 mn for a waiter to come and pick up a lunch order. Location wise it is also very bad. Anyway, as an experienced traveller who needs some comfort i strongly do not recommend.

My recent stay at Hotel Narscissus Al Hamra in Jeddah was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I entered the hotel premises, I was greeted with warm hospitality and the staff's friendly demeanor instantly made me feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the attentive and professional staff. The room I stayed in was spacious sea view , impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated. The comfortable bed ensured a peaceful night's sleep, and the breathtaking view of the city from my window was an added bonus. The amenities provided were of excellent quality, and the complimentary toiletries were replenished daily. One highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the dining experience at the hotel's restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to different dietary preferences. The food was always fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Bamba Restaurant was amazing food , with shisha corner The attentive staff would go out of their way to ensure that all guests had an enjoyable meal. The hotel's location is another advantage, as it is conveniently situated near various attractions and shopping centers. Whether I needed to explore the historical landmarks or indulge in some retail therapy, everything was within easy reach. Moreover, the hotel's facilities are top-notch. The fitness center is well-equipped, allowing guests to maintain their workout routines while traveling. Additionally, the spa services provided a much-needed opportunity for relaxation and rejuvenation.
