中规中矩的房间，shuttle很方便去海滩和餐饮区，工作人员非常好。安静。离机场也近。餐厅的菜也不错。
设施：完善
卫生：干净
环境：满意
服务：满意
除了洗手间略小一点之外，其他的都很好。位子很好，周边很多吃饭的餐厅而且都很有名，价位有高档的也有中档的选择非常多。
订之前看过评论 没抱高的期待值 从入住开始说：前台接待都不会中文 艰难用翻译软件沟通 因为看携程是写1000泰铢一晚 订了两晚预计2000泰铢 到时前台说要美金 我没有准备☹️还好沟通让我家晚上在酒店餐厅消费来抵消（其实我不懂这个思路 反正就是要捆绑消费吧🙂）房间虽然不大 勉强够用 看评论说有升级 我家没有😂anyway 用了一次接驳巴士 到了邦涛海滩和司机说12点来接 他很热情😕说五点七点还有 我觉得有点难沟通 直接拜拜去沙滩了 玩了没一会直接打车回酒店了 😕酒店顶楼游泳池 但是房间内浴袍😕泳池旁酒吧前台那里拿毛巾 （没指引 都是靠自己乱逛发现的）因为去了海边 房间没有阳台晾衣服 找了服务员咨询 后边给了个晾衣服架子我们 最后退房才觉得有希尔顿的服务🙂 遇到一个会中文的小姐姐 和我家孩子打招呼聊了下送了个小乌龟娃娃 孩子很喜欢
这是一家不错的酒店，价格合理，虽然没有太多花哨的东西，但以这个好价钱来说已经很不错了。早餐还行，但可以再改进一下。健身房、泳池和屋顶酒吧都很棒。去海滩有便捷的班车服务。
酒店地理位置不错，尤其适合想住在邦涛海滩区域的客人。步行很快就能到达邦涛的市中心。餐饮方面可以打4分。员工很努力。客人挺多的。就是一家普通的连锁酒店。
我们对一切都很满意，唯一不明白的是为什么从海滩和船街回程的班车这么少。另外，请注意普吉岛的这个区域相当昂贵。
酒店很新，泳池也很棒。早餐不错，餐厅也很干净。不过，浴室里没有牙刷，水压也不够强。酒店周边没什么商店、餐馆，也没有7-11。要去海滩的话需要预订酒店的接送车。晚上饿了得叫Grab外卖，要去附近的商店也得叫Grab专车。如果酒店能提供内部按摩服务就更好了。
因为带孩子在这附近的网球学校打网球，在这酒店住了一周，来分享一点客观的评价吧：
1. 关于位置：之前的评论有人吐槽这家酒店位置偏僻，不近海滩也不近商业区，但因为这样就给它差评实在不太公平，应该在订酒店之前做好攻略，包括酒店的位置。毕竟一晚上才三四百块钱，还想坐拥一片独立海滩是不是想多了…
2. 实实在在说一下酒店的周围，确实没有大型超市、琳琅满目的饭店或者海滩…所以不适合泡酒店度假的人群。但是距离酒店两公里内是有这些的，酒店也提供免费接驳车；
3. 酒店的早餐品种不太多但品质不错，每天还会更换品种。房间不大、桌子很小，类似于商务型连锁快捷酒店吧，以酒店的价格来说性价比已经很高了。
4. 酒店顶楼有泳池，不算小，还有泳池Bar，晚上很热闹。
5. 距离酒店最近的邦涛海滩比较小众和原生态，沙子不算细，吃喝玩乐的配套基本没有，但胜在人比较少。沙滩上有经营躺椅的。
5. 酒店的员工总体都很友善、殷勤，房间打扫比较干净，有问题都能及时解决。
总结一下：这家酒店不是那种可供一家子天天呆在酒店里吃喝玩乐的度假酒店，请合理管理自己的期待！如果是在附近办事，住在这里体验还是不错的。
在这里住了两晚，床很舒服，但是床头板有异味，感觉像是湿的，没有完全晾干。除此之外，房间很宽敞，浴室也很棒。地理位置优越，甚至还有去邦涛海滩的班车。早餐很好吃。酒店顶楼有泳池，还有24小时健身房。
工作人员非常友好和乐于助人。他们的早餐很不错，尤其是芒果沙拉。
作为希尔顿酒店来说，这家店不算差，但也没特别出彩。离海滩没有我预期的那么近。如果你想找更近、更便宜的选择，那这里可能不太适合。如果你想找个安静的房间放松，这里的房间也不太行，因为房间是连通门，噪音很大。基本上，你的邻居得打手语才能不被隔壁听到。不过，如果你打算尽可能少地待在房间里，那这里会是个不错的选择。
