I was traveling for business. Upon entering the room there was a very strong bleach smell. I left and returned hours later and it remained. I advised the off site manager by text that I was leaving and could not stay the night. I had booked two rooms. Both my colleague and i left the premises without spending the night.

I called you within minutes to see if there was anything we could do to make it right, but you let us know you had already left and were on the road.We take cleanliness seriously, and sometimes the use of disinfectants can leave a noticeable scent if rooms are entered shortly after cleaning. Everything was done via digital platforms, no physical keys, just a code that I had to use on smart locks around the property. Even though there's no official front desk, the support was quick when I had questions via text that solved my issues. The bed was medium firm, which I appreciated though if you like a fluffy mattress, this wasn't it. Overall, it's clear owners care for this property and everything was clean and functional. I didn't get to use the pool, but it looked good and I saw a pool cleaner in the morning when I was checking out. For those unfamiliar with Palm Springs, this property is far from downtown so not walkable to shops and such. With that said, the value of the room, overall property, and price point is great if you don't mind a 10 min drive south along the main drag to where "everything" is.

We understand we stayed during the shoulder season, but we were surprised to find no ice available in the ice machine; and never could find staff at the bar to assist. That said, the staff communicated well via text, which we appreciated.
The room was clean, but there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke. At first, I wasn’t sure, but once I got home, I realized everything had absorbed that faint smoke odor.
However, all in all, the stay was good. The price point was great, the room was clean and spacious, the pool was lovely, and the TV system was nice. We had everything we needed, and the staff was responsive via text.
**A few suggestions for improvement:**
* Address the lingering smoke smell in Room 207
* Staff the bar, especially for basic needs like ice
* Improve the water pressure and/or shower head

It was just average. Nothing special about it. I never had contact with anyone who worked there. They just weren't there. It was all through your phone, which I hated. The bed was okay, but I kept hitting my shin on the corner of the wood frame because it stuck out farther than the mattress. Lots of things were just a little bit broken.

Good and very clean hotel. Comfortable. Good pool and with lots of chairs and loungers and the music they play is great. The ONLY thing is the AC unit is really loud. But they do provide ear plugs

Cassie was responsible and sweet. Met Freddie and bummed my friends had reservations for restaurants for my whole stay, but next time for sure. The room was in good order and clean...and beautifully decorated!!! Just lovely! Everything worked (AC, shower, TVs, etc). Great great! Please though put more tape on the light fixure near the window, the lamp and shade are too pretty to be all droopy! Thanks again!
